Wellyantina Waloni, S.H (Adv)
Earned Bachelor of Law (S.H.) in 1988 from the University of Indonesia. As a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), she took Advocate oath and pledge in 2010.
Besides as an Advocate since 2011 by providing Retainer & Non Retainer Service; Litigation and Non Litigation, she has diverse experiences in supporting her Advocate career as follows:
- Indonesian Multimodal Transport Association: Legal Head
- Indonesian Logistics & Forwarders Association: Head of Legal Compartment (2007 – 2019)
- Indonesian Logistics & Forwarders Association : Executive Director (2007-2011)
- Foreign Logistic Company : Asst Manager Administration ( 2003 – 2007)
- Factory Manager : 2002- 2003
- Foreign Garment Company : 1990-2002 (Human Resources Manager)
- Local Investment Company : 1988-1990 (Data Analyst)

Rini Tarigan, A.M.D, S.H, M.Kn (Adv)
Starting her education in Diploma’s degree in Dutch Language Study from the University of Indonesia, she then graduated from the University of Indonesia as Bachelor of Law (S.H.). Continued her study in Master of Notarial Program to become Master of Notarial Law (Magister Kenotariatan-M.Kn) in the University of Pelita Harapan, she also passed the Capital Market Legal Consultant Certification Exam (HKHPM)
During her career as an Advocate, she experienced as a Specialist staff at the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of Indonesia, Ad Hoc Committees I and II (2006-2009) involving directly in drafting various Bills, including the Port Bill (now known as Law No. 17/2008 on Shipping Law), Bill of Outermost Regions, Bill of Coastal Areas and Bill of Fisheries , Forestry and Counselling System.
In addition to her professional career, she also actively involves in Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) Bogor Regency Branch activities as an educator/ speaker.
Dipo Islam Ibnu Hasky, S.T, S.H., M.M.
Earned Bachelor of Law from the Open University, he also graduated from Sepuluh November Institute of Technology (ITS) as a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and hold a Master of Management (M.M.) in Prasetiya Mulya Business School.
Having more than 10 years working in Oil and Gas Industry, he has extensive experiences in contract drafting of Oil & Gas Energy Agreement, EPC, Mergers, Join Ventures and other Corporate Agreements.
Current position is as Junior Associate at Wellyantina Waloni Law Firm.
Bella Dieni Hasky, S.T, S.H
Earned Bachelor of Law from the Open University, she also graduated from Sepuluh November Institute of Technology (ITS) as a Bachelor of Marine Engineering.
Having more than 3 (three) years working experiences as Assistance Lawyer in summarizing cases and preparing reports to lawyers, as well as conducting research on facts and developing legal arguments, Drafting and preparing documents for court.
Current position is as Junior Associate at Wellyantina Waloni Law Firm.
Puti Marcelia, S.Ak, S.H, M.H
Earned Bachelor of Law from the Open University, she also graduated from the University of Trisakti with bachelor’s degree in accounting and hold a Master of Law (M.H.) from the University of Esa Unggul.
Having more than 5 (five) years working in banking industry, she has expertise in Legal Opinion, Contract Drafting, Bankruptcy Law, Debt Restructuring (PKPU), Banking Law, and Contract Law.
Current position is as Junior Associate at Wellyantina Waloni Law Firm.
